Undeniability to properly execute and perform your duties as a Supervisor within the SWAT Team.
Qualified to train, lead, communicate, and manage fellow supervisors, officers, and COC members.
Policies
SWAT is going to be a strict division, if you mess around or do anything stupid you will be removed.
You will be held to a higher standard in SWAT. If you are caught messing around you will be removed. You will always present yourself with professionalism at all times.
There must be 3 or more SWAT units on to activate as SWAT.
You may NOT patrol but you may be on standby as SWAT if there are back to back priorities and constant shootouts that the normal patrol officers can’t handle by themselves with the approval from a Supervisor. And if there are enough units in RTO. You must be 3 or more units to be on standby.
You may not use equipment or drive vehicles you are not authorized to use.
You may only be in a 10-80 as SWAT if requested by the units that are inset vehicle pursuit.
LOCK YOUR VEHICLES! There should be at no time a civilian in the driver’s seat of a SWAT vehicle
