In this portion of the Training, the supervisors should already have some experience in team management. The FTO will go over basic questions and scenarios on what the Senior would do and how he would do it. The questions will not have a right or wrong answer but will show the FTO what that supervisor is like as a leader and If that supervisor should remain as a leader. Questions: If a Negotiator does not properly communicate with any individual involved with a scene and increasingly aggravates a subject, what is your idemediate course of action? Once a Team arrives on scene, what should be the initial course of action a Operational Commander should take? What should a Senior do if he is having trouble with another senior or member of SWAT? If a deputy comes to you and ask to remove another individual from swat because of something that person did, would you take that removal into consideration? If a designated plan is failing, what would be the idemediate course of action you take? These questions are to be sent along with other information in Training logs to show the performance of the Trainee during this course. Any additional questions may be asked.
