Training Introduction

This will be the introductory portion of the SWAT training. During this Training you will be reviewing the SOP and ensuring all new supervisors are aware of the authority that they withhold, as well as basic information about management and our main mission as the SWAT Team. Ensure they are aware of all of our rules and procedures. If a supervisor is messing around or Failing to listen during the Training they should immediately be removed and reported to a SWAT Heads for Appropriate reprimand and Punishment. FTOs are meant to be watching not only for supervisors that perform well, but also ones that take initiative to be leaders. The ones that take charge during all portions of the training. Also look for who works well as a team member because as it is important to be a leader we also need to have good listeners as well.
